To execute quality controller of incoming raw materials, final product, and in-process samples and to capture and record analytical data and report all non-confirming results.
Grade 12 with Mathematics and Physical Science. Bachelor's Degree or National Diploma in Agriculture or a related qualification will be an advantage. 1-year experience in a Food/Feed Manufacturing environment
Perform laboratory analysis/tests on raw materials and final products. Maintain sample identification and storage. Perform HACCP and in-process sample analysis. Maintain and capture laboratory analytical data (NIR, Wet Chem & Microbial). Collect and send scheduled samples to external laboratories. Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Investigate and report all non-conforming analytical/test results.
