Job Overview
To manage the Open Mould, Closed Mould and/or Ancillaries section of the Technical Department by providing technical leadership, customer support, product development and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will lead technical projects, optimise formulations, support customers and commercial teams, and drive innovation aligned with company objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Technical Services team. Drive research and development of new and existing products. Optimise formulations to improve quality and reduce costs. Manage technical projects from concept through implementation. Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers and branches. Investigate product-related complaints and implement corrective actions. Deliver technical training to customers, sales teams and internal staff. Maintain technical documentation and formulation packages. Develop and mentor technical staff. Liaise with suppliers, licensors and industry partners to stay abreast of new technologies. Promote continuous improvement, innovation and Green Technology initiatives.
