Purpose of the Role The Call Centre Agent serves as the representative of Unifi, being the initial point of contact for our clients. Your role encompasses handling inbound and outbound calls, processing loan applications, assessing client affordability, resolving complaints, and managing accounts with professionalism, clarity, and a commitment to excellence. Responsibilities - Engage clients through both inbound and outbound calls with warmth, clarity, and confidence. - Process loan applications and evaluate affordability, ensuring clients fully understand the terms of their agreement. - Address client queries with empathy and urgency, following through to resolution. - Manage complaints with empathy and urgency, ensuring timely and dignified resolution. - Monitor repayment schedules and maintain consistent follow-ups to ensure accounts remain on track. - Maintain precise and current client records within our systems. - Respond promptly and uniformly across calls and written communications. - Uphold Unifi's values in every interaction by treating clients with dignity, communicating clearly, and adhering to commitments. - Possess a client-first mindset, demonstrating care, urgency, and dignity in all interactions. - Remain calm and patient under pressure, maintaining a practical approach when facing busy periods. - Be driven by targets and motivated to grow, holding oneself to a high standard. - Be self-organized, reliable, and capable of managing one's workload independently. - Follow set processes and systems accurately and consistently.
