Our client, Juru Holdings, is currently looking for a seasoned Business Architect to aid in their strategic cloud transformation project. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with both business and technology stakeholders to ensure that business strategies, capabilities, processes, and operating models are perfectly aligned with the organization's cloud transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyzing and designing business processes, functions, and structures, identifying areas for improvement and defining target operating models • Conducting enterprise business analysis to interpret business needs and propose solution recommendations for business unit-level issues, leading the necessary improvement efforts • Leading the redesign and implementation of methodologies like strategy decoding, market and industry research, and process mapping to analyze business models and identify innovation opportunities • Offering expert advice on policy interpretation and application, resolving complex queries and issues, and enabling others to take appropriate actions • Collecting and analyzing data from diverse sources to identify key themes and potential business impacts • Documenting both as is and to be processes and outlining the required changes to transition to the desired capabilities • Conducting feasibility and assessment work for current and proposed projects to aid in the development and ongoing review of business cases • Supporting the collection of business requirements through various methods including interviews, document analysis, and workflow analysis to clearly and succinctly express requirements
Requirements
