DB Recruitment is currently seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to assume the role of Dispatch Supervisor in their Outbound Division within a large organization in Gauteng. Prospective candidates must possess the following qualifications and experiences:

• Completion of Grade 12 - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Warehouse Supervisor position with a focus on the Outbound role - At least 2 years of supervisory experience in managing pickers, packers, and drivers - Proficiency in route planning, transport coordination, picking, and packing processes - Strong computer literacy skills

Key Responsibilities: - Ensuring the accurate picking and packing of orders - Coordinating timely dispatch of items within 1 day of order placement - Supervising customers who collect their items - Adhering to and maintaining compliance with the POPI Act 2013
