We're looking for an Employee Wellbeing Specialist to join a leading financial services organisation on a 6-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to influence wellbeing at an enterprise level β€” combining people, data, innovation and digital solutions to create meaningful employee experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a key role in shaping and delivering innovative wellbeing solutions that support both employees and the broader business strategy.


Your responsibilities will include

Shape wellbeing strategy by providing specialist advice and insights across enterprise-wide initiatives. Turn data into impact by using wellbeing analytics, benchmarking and research to identify trends and inform strategic decisions. Lead wellbeing projects from concept and solution design through to implementation and delivery. Partner with HR, business leaders and other stakeholders to develop workforce-led wellbeing programmes, events and digital solutions. Develop and maintain practical wellbeing frameworks, guidelines, processes and knowledge resources. Drive awareness, change and capability-building through coaching, communication, training and knowledge sharing. Build strong relationships across the organisation and act as a trusted wellbeing advisor to key stakeholders. Measure the effectiveness of wellbeing initiatives and translate results into actionable insights. Identify and manage wellbeing-related risks, governance and compliance requirements. Support business cases, governance submissions, solution specifications and budget planning. Work within agile delivery teams to plan, execute and continuously improve wellbeing initiatives. Establish and grow a wellbeing community of practice, encouraging collaboration, innovation and knowledge sharing.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking with practical delivery and understands how employee wellbeing contributes to organisational performance.

You'll need:

A relevant Professional Qualification or Honours Degree. A degree / Honours qualification in Human Sciences or a related field. 3–5 years' experience across employee wellbeing, organisational development or related HR services. Experience designing and implementing employee wellbeing programmes or solutions. Strong exposure to wellbeing data, analytics, reporting and insights. Experience managing projects and delivering initiatives from concept to implementation. Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills. Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional and agile environments.
