Prerequisites
A National Senior Certificate / an equivalent plus an appropriate qualification (NQF 6) in Human Resource Development/ Management/ Public Administration / Office Administration or an equivalent qualification in the relevant field / area as recognized by the South African Qualification Authority (SAQA) A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in the same or related field. Valid driver’s license (with exception of persons with disabilities)

Sound and in-depth knowledge of relevant prescripts and understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service i.e. Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations, Labour Relations Act, Public Finance Management Act, Experience of, and insight into legislation which impacts on human resource development, Computer Literacy, PFMA, Organizing skills, Verbal and written communication, Interpersonal relations, Planning and Organizational Skills, Report Writing.
