Position Overview ------------------

Motus Corporation, a prominent player in the automotive industry under the Motus Group, is in search of a dynamic and skilled Field Sales Agent to bolster their sales team. As part of MotorHappy, a leading innovator in automotive financial solutions, the ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth within the car wash sector through strategic partnerships and direct client interactions.

Duties and Responsibilities ---------------------------

• Engage with potential clients via visits, referrals, and networking opportunities - Present and promote the Renewtech product (DentDefender) to generate sales leads for the Sales Call Centre - Deliver comprehensive product presentations and respond to client inquiries - Negotiate contracts and finalize sales to meet or surpass sales targets - Collect market insights and client feedback to enhance sales strategies - Maintain meticulous records of sales activities and client communications - Cultivate and sustain relationships with car wash owners, managers, and partners

Qualifications and Requirements ------------------------------

• Possess a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent - Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in sales, with a preference for field or direct sales roles - Prior experience within the automotive sector is advantageous - Proven ability to communicate effectively, negotiate, and build relationships - Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets independently - Exceptional time management skills necessary for a field-based position - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively from Wednesday to Sunday (8am-5pm) - Passion for sales and an energetic, confident demeanor - Fluency in English and the ability to work under pressure - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) - Criminal and credit clearance required - Valid driver’s license is mandatory
