**Purpose** This pivotal position supports the dealership network by delivering efficient vehicle finance services and selling approved products. The role aims to maximize gross profit while upholding all training, fit‑and‑proper, honesty, and integrity standards mandated by the Financial Services Board (FSB).

**Minimum Experience** At least three years in a comparable role focused on customer service within the automotive retail sector or a banking environment.

**Minimum Qualification** - Grade 12 / Matriculation plus a relevant diploma. - A Credit Management Diploma is advantageous. - Completion of a regulatory exam, NC accreditation, retail or short‑term insurance qualification, totaling a minimum of 120 credits.

**Minimum Requirements** - Current knowledge of vehicle legislation, trade practices, dealership policies, and procedures. - Proficiency in customer service and sales management. - Familiarity with retail compliance regulations is a plus. - Understanding of NCA, CRA, FAIS, and FICA requirements. - Accredited by the FSP and authorized to perform NCA functions under s13 mandate. - Maintenance of the necessary Continuous Professional Development points within the required time frames. - Valid driver’s licence.
