Our client in Paarl is seeking an Investec Corporate Cash Administrator. You will be tasked with delivering efficient and effective cash management services to our clients. This position offers an exciting and demanding career opportunity for someone adept at working in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Daily transactions on the online cash management system - Client interactions for receiving instructions and obtaining outstanding information - Uploading of payment instructions - Recording of daily financial transactions - Communication with clients regarding funds received and paid - Investigation of rejected and unpaid payments - Management of clients' cash investments to secure the best rates - Opening of new client bank accounts - Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations - Emailing of statements, income tax certificates, and account confirmations - Drafting of monthly rates newsletters - Calculation of referral commission - Assisting with company projects as required
Minimum Requirements: - BCom or an industry-related qualification - At least 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping, banking, or a related field - A strong administrative background with an understanding of banking and systems is advantageous - Proficient in both spoken and written English and at least one other South African language
