An existing automotive battery retail franchise network is seeking a results-oriented Franchise Area Manager to assist and expand its West Coast operations. This hands-on position integrates store-level operational support, franchisee collaboration, training, and business expansion. You will collaborate directly with business proprietors and store teams to elevate performance, uphold standards, and successfully inaugurate fresh stores.

Foster franchisee connections via dependable relationships and routine store inspections. Enhance sales, product adoption, and augment store efficiency. Perform audits, oversee operational standards, and address compliance matters. Train and mentor franchisees and personnel on products, systems, and customer service. Coordinate the launch of new stores and offer post-launch assistance. Promote the establishment of new franchise opportunities, locations, and territories. Analyze performance metrics and suggest operational enhancements. Minimum Prerequisites: Minimum of 5 years' experience in retail, franchise operations, sales, operations management, or business development. Proven sales and business development background. Experience in store launches, operational deployment, training, coaching, and audits. Preferred: Franchise experience; multi-site retail experience; automotive, battery, FMCG, or comparable retail experience. A diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Retail Management, Sales, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related discipline. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and reporting capabilities. Ability to evaluate business performance and implement commercial strategies.
