**Key Requirements** - A Matric certificate (Grade 12) - Previous experience in Quality Control or within the furniture manufacturing industry is advantageous - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Strong attention to detail - Quality-focused mindset - Reliable own transportation
**Core Responsibilities** 1. **Quality Inspection:** Conduct thorough inspections of furniture pieces at various stages of production and before dispatch. 2. **Defect Identification:** Identify defects, inconsistencies, or deviations from specified standards. 3. **Quality Assurance:** Ensure all materials and workmanship adhere to company and client quality standards. 4. **Documentation:** Record and report quality issues, following up with the production team for resolution. 5. **Quality Control Support:** Assist in establishing and maintaining quality control procedures. 6. **Continuous Improvement:** Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production process.
**Working Hours** - Monday to Thursday: 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM - Friday: 7:45 AM - 2:45 PM
