JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front-End Loader Operator to join our Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating front-end loaders in a safe and efficient manner, supporting mining and material handling operations, and maintaining equipment and production standards.
REQUIREMENTS: 1. A Grade 12 / Matric qualification is preferred. 2. Possession of a valid and verifiable Front-End Loader Operator Certificate is mandatory. 3. A minimum of 5 years’ experience operating front-end loaders is required. 4. Prior experience in mining, quarry, aggregate, lime, or similar heavy-industry settings is advantageous. 5. Experience with stockpile, hopper, and truck loading operations is beneficial. 6. A valid Medical Certificate of Fitness is mandatory. 7. A Code B driver’s licence is advantageous. 8. Passing a practical operator assessment is a requirement. 9. Demonstrating safe and responsible machine operation is essential. 10. Providing positive references confirming responsible equipment operation is necessary.
