REQUIREMENTS: Five or more years of experience working in a factory, manufacturing, or industrial environment. Previous work as a Machine Builder, Mechanical Assembler, Fitter, or similar position. N4 Mechanical qualification or equivalent. Minimum certification as a Fitter / Millwright Artisan preferred/required. Forklift Driving License. Basic MIG/TIG welding experience. Familiarity with safety protocols and training or certification (e.g., NOSA) is a plus. Strong grasp of mechanical assembly and machine-building procedures. Ability to safely and proficiently utilize electrical, mechanical, and hand tools. Accurately operate measuring equipment, such as verniers, angle protractors, squares, spirit levels, and tape measures. Good knowledge of mechanical components, fasteners, sheet metal, and structural materials. Physical fitness to work at heights, including climbing ladders, stairs, and working on platforms as needed. Safety-conscious with a solid grasp of safe working practices. Must own a reliable vehicle and be able to commute to/from work, including overtime requirements. Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
