SANRAL experience ?   Our client is seeking an experienced Geometric Roads Engineer to join its Roads Department in Cape Town.   Key Responsibilities ·        Lead and manage geometric road design projects from concept through to completion. ·        Prepare and review geometric road designs using Civil 3D. ·        Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams to ensure successful project delivery. ·        Ensure designs comply with SANRAL standards and relevant engineering guidelines. ·        Liaise with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders. ·        Review technical documentation, drawings, and project deliverables. ·        Mentor and support junior engineers and technical staff. ·        Contribute to project planning, quality assurance, and programme management.   Requirements ·        Degree in Civil Engineering or a related qualification. ·        Experience in geometric road design. ·        Proficiency in Civil 3D modelling. ·        Previous experience working on SANRAL projects. ·        Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams and manage project delivery. ·        Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills. ·        Knowledge of South African road design standards and best practices.   Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
