Lead the Engineering department, overseeing technical operations, projects, service delivery, process improvement, resource management, governance, and sales support to ensure effective engineering solutions across the business.

Relevant Engineering degree. National Certificate NQF Level 4 / Grade 12.5–8 years' engineering experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong technical and business management knowledge. Expert Microsoft Office proficiency. Strong leadership, problem-solving, organisational, and financial skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
