**Requirements**
**Experience and Qualifications**
To excel in this role, you will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field * Qualifications as a Chartered or Accredited Actuary * Proven experience in life insurance pricing, with a track record of delivering results-driven solutions * Experience in managing a team would be advantageous, but not essential
**Duties & Responsibilities**
**Main Responsibilities**
As the Head of Pricing, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing pricing strategies for new and existing group and individual life insurance products, ensuring competitiveness and profitability * Reviewing and refining pricing models to optimize business outcomes and ensure regulatory compliance * Designing and implementing robust technical pricing models that meet business objectives * Collaborating with stakeholders to structure and negotiate new deals, driving business growth and profitability * Leading and mentoring the Pricing team, providing guidance and development opportunities to junior actuarial analysts * Engaging with clients and internal stakeholders to communicate complex technical insights effectively and build strong relationships
