Job Purpose: To build and nurture customer and business relationships while delivering banking support services aimed at promoting and selling unsecured loan products (personal loans) and value-adding products in Secunda and its neighboring areas in Mpumalanga Province.
Job Outputs: - Sales of financing (loans) and value-adding products - Up-selling and cross-selling other iMasFinance products - Liaise with members/customers, employer groups, and dealerships - Conduct customer affordability and repayment capability assessments - Analyze customer financial positions and recommend suitable solutions - Conclude sales deals and process and finalize loan applications - Deliver efficient and effective member/customer service - Retain and maintain relationships with existing members/customers and stakeholders - Establish new member/customer and stakeholder relationships - Identify potential risks and communicate them to relevant parties
Qualifications & Experience: - Matric with Mathematics and/or Accounting (Essential) - Financial Services Conduct Authority (FSCA) Relevant Qualification (NQF5) (Essential) - FAIS Fit & Proper Requirements - Valid Driver's License Code 8 (Essential) - Computer Literacy - MS Office (Essential) - 2 years’ experience within a financial/banking industry
Knowledge and Skills: - Communication, selling, negotiation, telephone, and interpersonal skills - Working knowledge of financing products - Computer literacy (MS Office)
