PURPOSETo provide end‑to‑end Human Resources support across operations, covering administration, recruitment, training, performance and talent management, and employee relations including formal representation.
REQUIREMENTSDegree/Diploma in HR or Industrial Psychology 5–7 years HR experience at junior/mid‑management level Proven labour relations management track record Experience with SAGE People and other HRIS systems Strong HR expertise in administration, recruitment, training, performance, talent and change management, employee relations, and labour legislation (LRA) Proficient in MS Office; skilled in SAGE 300, ReMeasure, Lexis Nexis checks, Graylink e‑recruitment, and HR software Excellent interpersonal skills with influence, persuasion, and ability to command respect
