R 78 000 per annum (stipend)
The candidates should hold Grade 12 Certificate and Bachelor (NQF Level 7) in Human Resource Management. Applicants must be unemployed, recently qualified and be residing within Nkangala District Municipality. Certified copies of qualifications, ID copy and proof of residence is required with applications. Verification will be done to ensure that applicants are residing in Nkangala District Municipality.
Interns will provide administrative and operational support within Human Resources Management, Labour Relations, and Human Resource Development.
Assisting with recruitment, selection, interviews, and onboarding activities. Capturing and updating employee information and maintaining HR databases. Filing, scanning, archiving, and managing personnel and HR documents. Assisting with training administration, including scheduling, attendance registers, training records, and WSP/ATR-related activities. Supporting internship, learnership, and other employee development programmes. Providing administrative support for labour relations matters, including organising case files and documentation. Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and maintaining action lists. Assisting with HR reports, statistics, correspondence, and presentations. Supporting performance management, employee wellness, and other HR initiatives. Responding to routine HR enquiries and referring complex matters to relevant officials. Performing general HR administrative duties and other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
