Key Responsibilities: - Offer legal advice and support to executive management and internal departments. - Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, corporate, and property agreements. - Provide guidance on company law, corporate governance, and compliance matters. - Assist with property acquisitions, developments, and related transactions. - Support litigation, disputes, and external legal counsel. - Deliver employment-law and HR support, including contracts and disciplinary issues. - Maintain corporate, statutory, and legal records.
