Cold Space Management & PerformanceManage overall performance of all cold space assets within Emerging Markets Monitor asset utilisation, ROI, volume contribution and productivity Approve asset placements in line with commercial and ROI requirements Drive maintenance effectiveness and asset availability Manage asset lifecycle activities including installations, movements, replacements and disposals Define reporting requirements and dashboard performance measures Monitor and report on asset profitability and commercial return
Horizontal Growth - Expansion & Growth ProjectsManage and coordinate market expansion initiatives within Emerging Market Project manage recruitment, induction, training and deployment activities linked to expansion projects Coordinate operational readiness requirements for new market opportunities Ensure alignment between Sales, Distribution, Support Functions and Principal stakeholders Monitor project performance against predefined objectives and KPIs Analyse performance outcomes and recommend corrective actions
