Minimum Requirements
Education: Minimum Grade 12 Passion for Automobiles: Genuine interest and enthusiasm for cars and the automotive industry. Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Customer-Centric Approach: A customer-first mindset with a focus on providing outstanding service. Driven and Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to achieve sales targets. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions. Integrity: Demonstrated ethical conduct and respect for customers and colleagues. Valid Driver's License: A current and valid driver's license is required for this position. Prior experience in sales or customer service, especially in the automotive industry, would be advantageous but not essential. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Duties and Responsibilities
As a Vehicle Sales Cadet, you will undergo comprehensive training to become proficient in selling vehicles while providing exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Product Knowledge: Gaining in-depth knowledge of the vehicles in our inventory, including features, specifications, and pricing, to effectively showcase and highlight their advantages to potential customers. Sales Techniques: Learning and implementing effective sales strategies to build relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the buying process. Customer Service: Delivering outstanding customer service at all times, ensuring customers feel valued and informed throughout their vehicle buying journey. Lead Generation: Proactively prospecting and generating new leads through various channels, such as referrals, cold-calling, and networking events. Sales Presentations: Conducting engaging and informative vehicle presentations to prospective buyers, highlighting the unique selling points of each model. Negotiation and Closing: Mastering negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial agreements with customers and successfully closing sales deals. Sales Administration: Assisting with paperwork and documentation related to vehicle sales, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
