DUTIES Manage projects dynamically and effectively on-site. Manage Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and coordinate the ordering of relevant materials. Take responsibility for claim submissions. Manage variation order quotations and obtain necessary approvals. Develop and maintain project plans, including work schedules and completion deadlines. Manage all site meetings and site instructions. Schedule teams and maintain strict control of labour on projects. Manage and understand contra charges. Maintain an understanding of building contracts and related requirements. Read, interpret, and measure from technical drawings and plans. Conduct accurate on-site measurements. Liaise effectively with engineers, builders, and other stakeholders. Ensure completed project scopes are achieved and as-built drawings are accurately aligned. Compile and submit Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals. Demonstrate excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail in planning and execution.
