Our client is seeking an experienced Revit Draughtsperson / BIM Modeller to join their Cape Town team within an electrical engineering consultancy environment. The successful candidate will support building services and data centre projects, bringing strong Revit and AutoCAD capabilities to a technically driven team. Key Responsibilities · Develop and maintain accurate Revit models and technical drawings. · Produce and update electrical and/or MEP drawings using Revit and AutoCAD. · Support the delivery of building services and data centre projects. · Coordinate models and drawings with engineering requirements and project specifications. · Work closely with engineers and other project stakeholders to ensure accurate project documentation. · Maintain high standards of drawing quality, accuracy and attention to detail. · Manage project deliverables in line with required deadlines. Requirements · Approximately 5 years' experience using Revit. · Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. · Electrical engineering drafting experience is preferred. · Experience with other MEP services will also be considered. · Previous exposure to building services or data centre projects will be advantageous. · Strong technical drawing and BIM modelling capabilities. · Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. · Own reliable transport. · Available to start as soon as possible.
