We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Consultant to join our Johannesburg Advisory & Transactions team. This role offers the opportunity to lead key aspects of client engagements while contributing to broader advisory projects. You will deliver high-quality analysis and insights that support investment, development, and strategic decision-making across the real estate sector.

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Urban Planning, Economics, Property Economics, Property Studies, Real Estate, or a closely related field. Proven experience in real estate consulting or advisory, with hands-on involvement in feasibility studies, market analysis, report writing, and financial modelling. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel-based financial modelling and data analysis tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce polished professional reports and present findings clearly. Ability to manage multiple workstreams, meet deadlines, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Experience in hotel advisory, hospitality sector analysis, or related real estate sub-sectors. Experience working across multiple African markets. French language proficiency (spoken and written) will be a strong advantage.

Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies for real estate developments and investments, assessing viability, risks, and returns. Perform detailed market analysis, including supply-demand dynamics, competitive positioning, pricing trends, and demographic insights. Prepare clear, professional client reports and presentations that translate complex data into actionable recommendations. Build and maintain robust financial models (including discounted cash flow, residual land value, and scenario analysis) to support valuations, investment appraisals, and strategic advice. Support project scoping, data collection, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of advisory assignments under the guidance of senior team members. Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure high-quality, on-time deliverables. Contribute to business development activities, including proposal preparation and client relationship support, as required.
