An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential development projects from land acquisition through to construction, handover, and project close-out. The role focuses on project delivery, cost control, stakeholder management, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Property Development, or a related field 3–5 years' experience in residential property development and project management Proven experience managing residential developments from acquisition to completion Experience with feasibility studies, land acquisition, budgeting, and cost control Knowledge of South African planning, development, and construction regulations Strong project management, commercial, and financial acumen Experience managing consultants, contractors, and multiple projects simultaneously
