Our client, a respected company in the Commercial and Residential Property Industry, is seeking an ambitious and sales-driven Property Broker to join their growing team. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of achieving targets, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for generating new business and closing deals. Candidates with sales experience from any industry are welcome to apply. Libraries

Key Responsibilities

Source and secure commercial and residential property opportunities. Build relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and investors. Conduct property viewings and client consultations. Market properties and generate new business. Negotiate offers and facilitate successful transactions. Maintain an active client and property pipeline. Achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements

Matric / Grade 12. Previous external sales experience from any industry. Proven sales track record and stable employment history. Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills. Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities. Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle. Must have own laptop.
