This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead landmark residential developments and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the built environment. Requirements: · Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. 5–10 years’ experience in as Development Manager, Construction Manager, Project Manager, or Principal Agent/Consultant with a strong delivery record. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Site management background is essential. Responsibilities: Manage all phases of residential development projects, from town planning to final handover. Oversee project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timelines. Collaborate with external professional teams and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth progress and quick resolution of issues. Monitor project performance, manage risks, and produce detailed reports and documentation. Maintain strong site presence to guide, support, and oversee project delivery on the ground.
