Hire Resolve’s Client is seeking an experienced Steel Fabrication Supervisor to join their team in Pretoria. Our client specializes in the design and manufacture of steel concrete formwork for civil, commercial, and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities: - Supervise and lead the steel fabrication team, ensuring daily production goals are met. - Coordinate labor and resources to optimize productivity and maintain smooth operations. - Oversee fabrication activities, including metal forming, manufacturing, and welding processes. - Interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and compliance with specifications. - Maintain quality standards by inspecting finished products and ensuring all work meets required standards. - Drive efficiency and performance in day-to-day production activities. - Support and motivate your team, fostering a positive, productive, and collaborative work environment. - Ensure fabrication tasks are completed efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship and reliability.
