RequirementsGrade 12 plus proof of registration for an undergraduate tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management at a TVET College with N6 Certificate. Must have South African Citizenship. TVET students who have already done an 18 months learnership may not apply. Historically disadvantaged individuals will receive preference.
Knowledge and SkillsCommunication and computer skills; Sound organisational skills; Literacy; Time management; Problem solving; Numeracy skills; Well presented and neat, telephone etiquette.
DutiesBasic tasks as assigned by the mentor in relation to Human Resource Management and the Learner Guide/ Workbook/Logbook. Compulsory to attend the funded Personal Mastery Course pertaining to Work Integrated Learning appointees.
