**Job Overview:**

The individual in this role will oversee the billing procedures for all revenue streams within the Commercial sector. The main objective is to ensure accurate and timely invoicing, adherence to company policies, and effective communication with relevant stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• **Auditing:** - Ensure strict compliance with company policies, aiming for zero audit queries or issues. - Report any potential risks to senior management. - Ensure that all invoicing processes are completed within the stipulated turnaround time.


• **Data Integrity & Quality:** - Maintain accurate and timely invoicing, processing invoices on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. - Handle credit notes and intercompany invoices within the specified deadlines. - Adhere to deadlines for Advance Bill Run, Intercompany Billing, and Normal Billing. - Open new client accounts with accurate and complete information.


• **Reporting, Communication, and Control:** - Extract and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports from the database. - Provide monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the team. - Communicate and ensure adherence to billing cut-off deadlines. - Address and resolve billing queries from the business.


• **Target:** - Achieve monthly target and budget figures.

**Main Requirements:**

• Grade 12 or equivalent. - Preferred tertiary education. - At least five years of management experience with business administration or management training. - Essential experience in the security industry. - Essential experience with SAP Billing. - Proficient in using computers, especially Excel.
