• Accurately and promptly process supplier invoices - Cross-verify invoices with purchase orders and supporting documents - Create and manage supplier payment schedules - Reconcile supplier statements and address any discrepancies - Update and manage supplier master data - Assist in preparing payments for suppliers - Generate customer quotations, costings, and invoices - Allocate incoming customer payments - Reconcile customer accounts and follow up on outstanding debts - Resolve customer account inquiries and issues - Handle daily banking transactions - Perform and oversee bank reconciliations - Maintain and monitor the cashbook - Track cash receipts and payments - Assist with petty cash reconciliations - Prepare necessary journals and reconciliation schedules - Support month-end and year-end closing processes - Assist in audit preparation - Ensure accurate financial record-keeping - Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies - Help with financial reporting requirements under the Finance Manager - Ensure adherence to accounting policies and internal controls - Maintain confidentiality of financial information - Support statutory and tax compliance as required - Guarantee accurate recording of all financial transactions
