We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Inventory Management Specialist to supervise stock control, inventory reconciliations, and logistics processes in a high-activity wholesale, retail, and warehousing setting. The ideal candidate must possess a solid financial foundation, outstanding reconciliation skills, and the capability to maintain precise stock records across various locations.

Key Responsibilities - Oversee daily in-store stock counts and reconcile them. - Investigate and resolve any stock discrepancies. - Coordinate and manage monthly stocktakes across retail outlets and warehouses. - Handle bonded stock transfers and conduct related reconciliations. - Monitor inventory levels for both wholesale and retail operations. - Supervise stock receiving, dispatching, and movement processes. - Manage stock costing, item code creation, imports, and cost reconciliations. - Analyze inventory data, purchasing trends, and stock movements. - Prepare detailed inventory reports and assist with stock audits. - Collaborate closely with the Finance, Procurement, Warehouse, and Operations teams.

Minimum Requirements - Completion of a Finance or Accounting qualification – mandatory and non-negotiable. - Demonstrated experience as an Inventory Management Specialist, Stock Controller, or similar role. - Strong financial expertise and excellent reconciliation skills. - Experience in wholesale, retail, or warehouse inventory management. - Good understanding of stock costing and supply-chain operations. - Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel – essential. - Working knowledge of inventory and accounting systems. - Strong analytical and reporting capabilities. - Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. - High attention to detail.
