• Process and manage detailed financial records for debtors, creditors, and the general ledger. - Reconcile invoices, payments, and financial transactions to ensure accuracy. - Maintain complete and organized financial documentation for audit readiness. - Handle accounts payable and receivable functions with precision. - Reconcile supplier and customer accounts, ensuring timely payments and collections. - Address and resolve account discrepancies and related issues. - Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations. - Investigate and rectify financial discrepancies. - Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and summaries. - Process journals, accruals, and financial adjustments. - Support the Accountant or Finance Manager with financial data and reporting. - Ensure compliance with company financial procedures and assist with audit preparation. - Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of financial information. - Update financial data using accounting systems like Sage Pastel or SAP. - Identify opportunities to enhance administrative processes while ensuring data accuracy.

**Minimum Requirements**
