Introduction

If you are, we are seeking a Store Manager who will drive and enhance the overall performance of the store. You will be tasked with maximizing daily sales and profitability, ensuring exemplary customer service, and managing visual merchandising.
Key Responsibilities
- **Store Performance:** Devise and implement daily sales strategies, oversee budgets, manage store expenditures, and scrutinize local sales trends to achieve or surpass profitability targets. - **Floor Leadership & Execution:** Implement visual merchandising planograms, oversee promotional campaigns, and conduct daily morning meetings, floorwalks, and checklists to maintain impeccable store standards. - **Team Empowerment:** Recruit, nurture, and retain top-tier store personnel; conduct monthly individual performance reviews, monitor digital training participation (Axonify), and foster a high-performance culture. - **Risk & Administration Control:** Handle essential in-store administrative tasks, such as cash-ups and stock counts; manage stock loss/shrinkage, and ensure health and safety compliance. - **Customer Service Champion:** Address customer issues promptly, review social/Google reviews and CRM reports daily, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding in-store experiences.
Qualifications
- **Education:** Matric certificate. - **Experience:** 3 to 6 years of retail experience. - **Core Competencies:** Strong decision-making, leadership, planning, organizational skills, stress management, and entrepreneurial mindset. - **Skills:** Proficiency in Google Suite, operational stock management, and comprehensive knowledge of retail and consumer finance systems (SAP/SAS) and relevant legislations (CPA, NCA, POPIA, etc.).
