**Key Responsibilities:**

• Execute all treatments and concept procedures in compliance with Dermalogica Standards • Own monthly targets and stay updated on daily goals and achievements • Conduct thorough consultations and Face Mapping for each new client, ensuring accurate records on the POS system • Follow up with customers post-sale or treatment via phone or email to discuss their results and product usage • Participate in all store-related activities, including meetings, workshops, inventory management, and unpacking orders • Maintain a professional treatment area and other work spaces by stocking shelves, cleaning, and replenishing products

**Qualifications:**

• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings and weekends • Demonstrated passion for retail and a proven track record in sales • Confident customer engagement skills • Self-motivated and proactive • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Previous experience with Dermalogica is advantageous
