Job Position

The role focuses on maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets and objectives. The individual will be responsible for selling new vehicles, managing customer relations, and driving strategies to expand both existing and new customer bases.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet monthly sales targets and fulfill daily sales activity requirements - Manage customer and sales relationships effectively - Develop and implement strategies to retain and grow the customer base - Engage in marketing activities through social media and digital platforms, as well as promotional campaigns - Attend regular sales meetings and complete all relevant company and OEM training courses

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales within the motor dealership industry is preferred - Prior experience in selling new vehicles is advantageous - Proven track record of meeting monthly targets and experience in cold calling to build a client base - Senior Certificate (Grade 12) required - Valid, unendorsed driver’s license - Proficiency in computer operations
