Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst who can translate business needs into clear, practical solutions. This role will suit an analytical professional who enjoys process improvement, stakeholder engagement and working across the full project lifecycle.   Key Responsibilities: Gather, document and validate business requirements through workshops, interviews and observation. Analyse current-state processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria. Act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams. Design and execute test scripts, UAT plans and end-to-end validation. Develop clear process documentation, training material and handover guides. Support reporting and data analysis to assist business decision-making. Assist with system configuration, workflows and ongoing platform enhancements.   Requirements: 3–5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or in a similar role. Strong understanding of business process analysis and requirements engineering. Proficiency with process mapping tools such as draw.io, Visio or similar. Experience writing functional specifications, user stories and test scripts. Good understanding of data flows and system integrations. Experience with project or workflow management tools such as Jira, Zoho Projects or similar. Exposure to CRM, ERP or e-commerce platforms such as Zoho or Shopify is advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
