Purpose: The purpose of this job is to deliver exceptional customer service in such a manner that external & internal customers are satisfied; including all customers, delivery and transfer drivers.  This is accomplished by friendly service and accurate loading of all customers’ products purchased ensuring that the Yard runs efficiently by loading with the Forklift or Front-End Loader so that no losses of neither stock nor dissatisfied customers occur in order to have customers return to the store increasing sales and profit margins KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Loading customer vehicles, delivery trucks and transfer trucks promptlyEnsuring that stock is properly stacked and countedUp keeping of tidiness and cleaning of area by sweeping and ensuring good housekeepingAssisting customers with excellent customer service and knowledge of goodsMaintaining the operational vehicles in good conditionEnsure operational procedures for operators are followedReporting any problems and maintaining the record bookParticipate in perpetual stock takesEnsure housekeeping of work areaPerform any work related tasks as delegated by superior REQUIREMENTS:Matric or 3x Completed Intercept courses equating to total of 120 credits.
