The ideal candidate will hold a BCom or other completed university degree, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development within the financial services industry, specifically focusing on investments. A CFP designation and RE5 qualification are essential. Strong communication, client engagement, organisational, and computer skills are required, together with a professional, energetic, and customer-focused approach.
