Our client is seeking an experienced and target-driven Retail Sales Representative to join their team in Parow Industrial, Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ retail sales experience, preferably within the confectionery industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, customer service, and business development skills are essential, along with computer literacy and a valid driver’s license. Good knowledge of sales strategies, customer service, and business development. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Valid driver’s license.
