Western Cape Recruitment is currently looking for a skilled Debtors Clerk to join their team. An established Technical Services Provider is in need of an experienced Debtors Clerk with a strong foundation in accounting and financial procedures to work in Cape Town.
Responsibilities will include overseeing debtor accounts, processing payments, conducting reconciliations, and maintaining precise records of the debtorsā ledger. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to confidently liaise with clients regarding outstanding balances are crucial.
Requirements: - National Senior Certificate/Matric - Full proficiency in both English and Afrikaans, with strong communication and client-facing skills - Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Excel - A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Debtors/Accounts Receivable position - Competence in accurate account reconciliations - Outstanding attention to detail and effective time-management skills - Possession of a valid driverās license and a personal vehicle
