We are in search of a skilled and energetic Financial Modelling Specialist to enhance our clients’ Corporate Finance team. This position demands an individual who will be instrumental in creating, updating, and refining sophisticated financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and valuation purposes. Responsibilities include:
· Creating detailed financial models to support strategic decision-making, investment assessments, and corporate transactions. · Performing thorough financial analyses for prospective investments, mergers, and acquisitions. · Conducting sensitivity and scenario analyses to assess the impact of various financial strategies and market conditions. · Preparing and presenting financial reports and models for senior management and stakeholders, delivering insights and recommendations. · Analyzing market trends and data to bolster financial modelling and strategic decision-making processes. · Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to compile accurate data and ensure the precision of financial models. · Assisting in due diligence and financial analysis for corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. · Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, financial modelling best practices, and regulatory changes to improve modelling accuracy and effectiveness.
