Motus Corporation is currently looking for a Machine Operator to join the team at the Riverhorse branch within our Parts Incorporated Africa division. The role involves ensuring that all company protocols concerning binning, picking, and stock replenishment are meticulously followed using available resources.

Requirements: - Minimum Grade 12 qualification - At least 3 years of experience with materials handling equipment (MHE) - Valid MHE license - Excellent time management skills - Strong communication abilities - Ability to work under pressure - Honesty and integrity are mandatory - Sober habits - Clear criminal record

Key Performance Indicators, but not limited to:

• Daily adherence to replenishment procedures from bulk to picking phases ensuring that pick locations are stocked. - Allocation of bin location numbers for new products in the correct warehouse area. - Assigning bin location numbers to all bulk products within the warehouse. - Processing documentation (GRV) correctly and promptly. - Strict adherence to warehouse housekeeping rules. - Proper binning of goods as per operational standards for smooth picking and replenishment, updating stock immediately. - Coordination with the Binning Team Leader for priority binning of shipments. - Following lawful and reasonable instructions from superiors. - Assisting the cycle count team to accurately count and record stock listed in daily printouts, investigating discrepancies. - Reporting discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager or Assistant Warehouse Manager. - Full compliance with local and provincial government regulations concerning warehouse operations, health, and safety acts, and employee safety. - Correct and timely binning of inventory to minimize stock in walkways and prevent damage. - Adherence to protocols for identification and removal of damaged inventory, communicating issues to the Warehouse Manager/Assistant Warehouse Manager, and completing relevant documentation within the hour. - Continual consolidation and replenishment of goods, with immediate updates to bin locations. - Ensuring resources or forklifts are charged before the end of the shift. - Completing pre- and post-inspections using provided control sheets before and after machine use. - Prioritizing safety requirements when driving forklifts or using MHE, with no tolerance for negligence or reckless driving, and addressing any resulting damage to equipment, structures, or inventory through disciplinary action and liability measures.
