If you excel in managing imports, coordinating freight, and ensuring compliance, then you might be our next Import Controller (Seafreight).
This role is situated at our Durban Airfreight Branch.
Education
Matric 1-year freight forwarding related qualification at NQF level 3 and 4
Knowledge and Experience
Minimum of 5 years of import controlling experience in the Clearing and Forwarding Industry with a proven track record of executing end-to-end processes. Sound knowledge of seafreight shipment types and claims/insurance procedures.
Advantageous Attributes
Customer service orientation - Capable of handling a demanding customer environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Dynamic self-starter who operates independently and efficiently. Attention to detail and the ability to manage pressure.
