Position Overview: This role involves the evaluation of motor claims, ensuring fairness, accuracy, and reliability. The primary responsibilities include inspecting vehicles for damage, investigating incidents, communicating with clients, and managing repairs. Additionally, the assessor must negotiate with clients, intermediaries, and service providers.
Qualifications: Candidates must possess experience in motor assessment, preferably with knowledge of Audatex. Panel beaters or motor mechanics with relevant experience will be given preference. A valid driverās license is mandatory. The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of claims philosophy and its application, excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
