Flexible hours; entrepreneurial work environment. IntroductionRepresent Global Direct to sell short-term insurance products provided by The Unlimited. Fully commission-based — no basic salary. First month earnings typically R8,000–R12,000 (dependent on individual effort and results) and increases with time and experience. Free training provided: product knowledge (The Unlimited’s products), sales approach, lead generation, and objection handling. Duties & ResponsibilitiesActively generate and follow up on leads and prospects. Present The Unlimited’s short-term insurance products professionally on behalf of Global Direct. Close sales and complete accurate application paperwork. Build and maintain client relationships and provide excellent customer service. Meet individual sales targets and report activity as required. Desired Experience & QualificationsAt least matric (50% average), or any higher qualification (NQF 4+). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Reliable transport and ability to travel locally for client visits. Basic smartphone and ability to use simple sales/admin apps.
