An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Product Innovation Specialist to enhance and create new food products within our client’s FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for advancing the product development journey from idea inception to market release.
Key Responsibilities: · Innovate and refine food products according to market and consumer specifications · Collaborate on new product concepts, formulations, and product trials · Conduct and assess product testing and trial outcomes · Organize sample preparation and product evaluation activities · Assist in recipe and formulation development · Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and procurement teams · Support scaling up products from experimental to production stages · Maintain precise documentation for product development and technical processes · Aid in resolving formulation and production issues · Monitor product quality, consistency, and performance · Participate in sensory evaluations and product assessments · Promote ongoing improvements and cost efficiency initiatives
