MAIN PURPOSE OF JOBTo manage relevant remuneration and payroll systems and processes for Mediclinic Southern Africa (MCSA).
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREASManage the payroll system processes for MCSA Manage relevant remuneration processes for MCSA Accept ownership and manage the Success Factors System Coordinate relevant tax administration processes Manage and control department budgets / finances Initiate and manage relevant departmental projects Lead and manage the people in the Payroll Operations Team
REQUIRED EDUCATIONEssential Education
Bachelors degree in relevant field (Financial / Commerce)
Desired Education
Post-graduate degree in financial field
REQUIRED EXPERIENCEEssential Minimum Experience
7 - 10 years experience in a similar role; at least 5 years managerial experience
Desired Experience
Expierence in a payroll environment, within a large compliment of staff
